I’ve spent more than 20 years in the business world—first as a business owner running a successful restaurant, then as a business owner running a not-so-successful restaurant. And then a successful one again.
There’s a good chance I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve experienced many of the joys and frustrations that come with being an owner—from getting sued, robbed, and having critical equipment fail and critical people leave at the worst possible time to enjoying customers love our product, employees love where they work, and enjoying a multi-week vacations without ever having to check in.
When I decided to sell my original business, I knew I wanted to be a coach and give others the advice and guidance I wish I’d had during the peaks of success and the valleys of “how am I going to pay my mortgage?” struggle.
And because I wanted to make a difference.
